This is not the place to ask for personal advice. This is for technical, billing, or shipping questions related to your purchase or membership. Tickets that do not fit these guidelines will be closed without response.
As of June 2018, we try to respond to most support inquiries within one business day, but hours might fluctuate depending on a variety of factors. Rest assured that your ticket has been received and will be responded to as promptly as possible.
Alternatively, if you are having trouble opening up a support ticket, you can just send us an email, or private message an administrator or moderator on our forums. We’ve even had somebody send us a tech support request letter in the mail to our PO box!
