Interesting, we about the same days, similar ups and downs,... Hope your day is easier. It seems for me different tactics work for different times. If you have struggle today. Ask yourself this "What is it good for?" "How will my life benefit if I do it?". Then more I think of that question, then easier it is for me to see the good vs the bad in this. Stay focused @k3y52w1n ! Can't believe this is just one my 8s day,... when I met my first goal (15 days) it will be a true milestone!
BTW, I came to notice that you have "stick to my goals" Are these very restrictive ones or are you more trying to have a better control? Not sure if I would be capable of just "slowing" down,...too much temptation, to hard to drive with the handbrake on...
I’m trying to just have more control. I realize that if I can stick to certain goal when it relates to avoiding porn I’m more successful.
I’m so happy I made it through the weekend. It was one of those weekends full of activity so I really didn’t have the chance to think and give in. Hope that continues going 90 and beyond
Weekends can be challenging, any time off is. Great to see you made it! Keep it up! 3 months seem like the holy grail. Also it sounds doable for many, not sure if I can truely make it. 15 days is like my first goal,and if I make over 1month I already made a personal best. From there, I hope I have enough will left to go ahead...seems so far away from today.
