2 days ago i relapsed , felt ashamed of what i did so i couldn't have the bravery to admit that i failed in the challenge but after reading success stories i want to feel how 30,45 even 90 days without pmo is ,so Day 0 begins

Day 1 done. Listened to some nature sounds with piano and guitar while I was sleeping last night. Excellent therapy! I had a lot of muscle pain in my back that's gone now. Woke up a few times during the night, but it has been said that that's good for a person. I'll probably be doing that more often. Better sleep means less chance of being stressed during the day which means less chance looking for a means of relief such as PMO.
