last night is the night that taught me many things..
I guess I'm back to square one...

Feeling bad but, that won't help..
for now, I learn from my mistake and keep going...

    Cause for Relapse
-A certain pattern i found whenever I,m Alone
    Alone-Night-laptop in hand-little P-big P
*maybe I try to break that pattern
after 9.00 p.m T will try to shut the internet(a software)
    *discipline on this everyday
    -little P...sexy pic n such
    *try avoid it whatever possible
    Improvement
    -break my PMO pattern
-figured how to be more spiritual

Any suggestion would be a huge help..

Hi Neonip, please keep trying. To make it easier, get a roommate. If you can live with one. It will go a long way in making it all easier.

Also, it would make great sense if you can take the giant stride of cleaning your laptop of P and setting your browsing not to display such materials.

First of all, you're not back to square one after one relapse. It takes more than that to undo your progress completely. Apart from that, you learned some valuable lessons from your last relapse. As your journey progresses you'll see that those lessons are the best things that you can bring out of a relapse, so make sure you try and analyze every failure to learn as much as you can about what caused it.

As to suggestions, I think you might've already seen this one around here, but I think it's worth repeating: keep yourself busy, especially during your high-risk periods like evenings. It doesn't mean that you have to do actual work, just keep your mind occupied and focused on something that will not lead you to PMO, like reading self-improvement books, listening to music, reading up on interesting stuff, trying new stuff like meditation etc. You probably know best what could work for you.

Keep at it and stay strong!

With time, and changing hormone levels, it will be more difficult to NOT think of sex or PMO... Therefore - before that happens, you could create new habit which saves you at night... In my case, a little walk around the block or house helps - You get little bit refreshed, you can meet somebody etc.

Like said before - The problem starts if you get bored... at home because PMO is the "Easy way out".
And - even after relapse, don't lose your mind, because you are actually trying to do something - Never forget...

Tough times don't last... Tough people do :)

    Stay strong and fight it!
