You r not the only one whose BP went high during reboot, flapping plays a lot of games with ur body to which we people r never aware of so u need to monitor ur health closely and if possible consultant physician or cardiologist and ask him for some meds.
I also took meds for 6 months that helped me easing my symptoms and getting through withdrawal phase.

If u want to know the name of the meds I will let u know.

Well, I don't think PMO is related to blood pressure. I would say what you do besides this bad habit will impact your heart health.
    - Are you sedentary?
    - Do you have a bad diet or eat junk food frequently?
    - Do you smoke?
    - Do you drink acohol?
    - Do you use drugs?
    - Do you don't sleep well?
    - Is your family has heart/blood pressure disease?

If the answer is yes to any of those questions, your chances of having blood pressure problems get higher. If you don't feel well, this means you need to visit a doctor and take care of your health.

No, pmo reduces blood pressure. But once you are high on dopamine and doing pmo for a long period without ejaculating it increases blood pressure. Ejaculating reduces blood pressure. Sleeping is important. No matter what u do 8 hours deep sleep reduces pressure. Playing video games also increases BP. Too much digital engagement, lack of exercise, too much junk food all increase bp. So u have to do is the opposite.

All those who r saying that Nofap doesn't increases blood pressure they are wrong.
Actually during PMO it doesn't affect much but when u start abstaining from PMO then over the period of time ur BP will increase including your heart rate and there is a scientific reason for that.

When u regularly PMo then your brain starts creating various chemical extensively and when u stop it takes some time for the brain to start realising and stop creating dopamine in excess so this excess creation of dopamine if not utilised in fapping then it start converting into cortisol and hence affects adrenal gland which increases BP and also heart rate, and this is the reason why whenever we abstain from any addiction after few days due to this accumulation we start getting withdrawal symptoms like panic attack, chest tightness, high BP, palpitations and higher heart rate, etc.

So, make sure eat healthy and be active during this phase otherwise u will end up relapsing.

So, in my case it was worst so I had to visit Cardiologist numerous times just to make sure everything is fine and took meds for few months to ease my symptoms and recover from addiction which I did it successfully . And now I am free from this evil PMO shit.

You can take Propranolol Hydrochloride as well for mild anxiety and hbp. You can start with 10 mg and you can increase it to 40 mg if not effective with lower dosage. Any medicine taken in longer period has a side effect while withdrawn without another one. So be careful of that.
