before, I manage to hold my urges for 8 days straight now, I relapse at day 6, i'm getting worse... I'm beginning to doubt myself again. Soo I'm gonna start again my brother found out I'm in Nofap community, Should I be ashamed? surely i am embarassed... sorry guys for failing this many times, excuses does nothing now,, I'm failing but... Don't doubt yourself and don't feel ashamed. If you keep trying then you may or may not fall along the way, but what really matters is that you get back up again after falling. If rebooting is something you want badly, you will get to it.
