Guess I should introduce my situation. Been masturbating regularly (1 to 3 times a day) since beginning of college to now, upwards of 6 years. Didn't do it in high school and was incredibly more motivated, clear headed and attracted to women. I feel desensitized when I see a beautiful women in person, it just doesn't do anything for me like it used to. I also deal with a bit of anxiety (who fucking doesn't now a days) so I'm hoping this will just help me overall. Don't really know what to expect.
