I’ve been a weed smoker too , when it’s in my hand i smoke like 2 joints daily , otherwise just wherever whenever i find it. So… from my experience not having weed on ur hands is better , that will make u smokes occasionally and it will do a less harming effects on u , specially if u smoke with a friend or a group of friends, but alone it’s just depressive
