i went grocery shopping with mom today afternoon. Felt good to break the routine for a bit. brought groceries and mom got me a burger while coming back from the place. I also came across a lady i had been talking to previously. she did recognize me but said she's not interested in a relationship but insisted in something sexual which i declined politely. I am in the middle of the phase where i have deactivated my telegram and blocked my reddit but i still get the urges to check them, or sometimes i just end up looking for them out of habit. i need to change that habit and work on being happy with myself in the end. that-is the real challenge.
