Yeah this provides all the same stimuli that porn does. False sense of intimacy and the whole lot. Potential to escalate as you desire more of that "intimacy" with this woman whom you have never met and probably doesn't know you are watching her. Problem is that, relative to porn use, this has 100x more potential to be destructive both to yourself and to these women too. Guys caught in this cycle of addiction often don't give any thought to the fact that someone else could be traumatised by their actions. All I can say is if all you are doing is looking (and not trying to capture images), then its not as extreme as it could be. BUT, it can easily be a prelude to something more extreme which could be a criminal offence. The best thing you can do is a) get help and b) if you are compelled to do this behaviour, make sure she doesn't notice you. Because if she does notice you then she WILL be affected by it, whether it is noticeable to you or not. She could be traumatised or may even seek to move address. Don't underestimate the impact these things can have. And if you are across the road in terms of your own accommodation, it will be no bother at all for her or the law to ascertain your address. I mean at least have a bit of tact and strategy if you are going to do this stuff. Don't leave yourself wide open like that. What's more is if she does notice you could be receiving a visit from law enforcement. Whilst its probably not a crime to look at an open window, it will raise concerns with them and you could find yourself being investigated for any other potential crimes they think you may have committed. Not worth it for a bit of a buzz, man. If anything go back to the porn, that way you aren't running the risk of actually traumatising someone or getting entangled with the law.
