The good thing is that your urges decrease, this is my point. I knew that cut off videogames wouldn't heal me completly but would be a valuable friend, and you have much more time. But videogames have other issues, like give you a feeling of getting achivements while in fact in real life you obtain nothing, you are a mere loser, you complete all the challenges, then you turn off your screen after hours and learn nothing. Checking the modern day situation I don't enjoy them anymore, rate to read a book.
