Hello everyone, the last 12 months I could hardly go for 2 weeks nofap. This is when my gf broke up with me. Before that I was so happy and had records of minimum 1 year. Now I have been on nofap for 1 month again. Which is my new record in these past 12 months. for some reason I am very eager to fail and always feel like I am missing out. Yet I reached my furthest in these horrible last 12 months. Especially in the night when I can’t sleep I have heavy urges. Especially the last week. But I survived those urges till now. The only reason I am not releasing yet is because this month I had so many good contacts with new friends male and female. Even my employee told me she is so very happy with me at work and she is glad that she hired me. This shows I can be happy and really make a impact on peoples life if I stay on nofap. Tonight I have very bad urges so that’s why I write this note. Thank you anyone for keeping me strong even a little quote will help me! That I am writing about this before even doing anything is a big improvement.
12 months is a major victory. Remember that a "reset" is not the same as a "relapse." Stay on the wagon and keep the progress youve gained!! your life will only get better and as you live healthier. Personally Im trying to be sober for a long while before dating more.
