Hi all I'm not going to say much as this point except it feels good to have finally found a community after so many years of trying to stop looking at stuff, so much wasted time. You know the score. Right now I'm making my way through Jason Dean's 'Porn Game Over' (free) ebook (http://www.porngameover.com/), which is how I ended up here. Dean's book is good so far in that it very accurately describes the cycles I go through and the thinking that accompanies the cycles. So, my plan is to finish the book and then start a one month challenge here on the 1st August. That's the idea anyway. Cheers for now.
