    Most of the things you're saying resonate with me. But that didn't stop me from relapsing yesterday. I guess understanding something on the intellectual level is just of the steps on the ladder.

    And yet it's not only about intellectual understanding in my case. I'd say I'm quite connected to the spirit.

    We rise, we fallm we learn, I guess.

    @Kierann your urge is stronger than your intent to transform. Don't bother about relapses rather strengthen your intent. Intellect is nothing but mind and is no match to innate intelligence.

    Will give you a tip related to ENERGY LOCK. What you call YOU is silo of information, movement of information we call it as energy. Define the intent, what you want clearly, never define what you don't want. Now use your frequently used hand index & thumb finger tips, press against each other with full possible strength for a moment for 3 times, consider this 3 times pressing as LOCK.

    Habits are patterns of energy flow, by above method you are locking the energy flow towards opposite better habits which are conducive for overall well-being.

    The above method is very efficient, mostly it works. But before adapting the above method, first ask for permission from innate intelligence.

    @Kierann as you progress your innate intelligence takes control of the mind so mind never disturb much. Sometimes a relapse is much needed for the body to take a big leap in correction. Surrender and just follow the innate potential that knows totally about your body and the ways for well-being.

    All that is going on is the projection of the mind. A weak mind has no control over its own projections. So strengthen it in a sense, you have total control on its projections. This is possible when you understand what the mind is and the knowing of the mind gives mastery over it.

    Expectations leads to imagination. Imagination holds the possibilities and when acting upon improves the probability of the outcome. When expectations not met you become frustrated and when the frustration continues you fed up with it and the boredom follows. This leads to lack of action but imagination is still there and the cycle continues and is an hindrance to change oneself.

    Imagination without action is fantasy and the imagination with action is reality.

    Whatever you imagine is possible in the cosmos otherwise you can't even imagine.

    As far as you depend on the past your future is slight modification of the past. Once free from the past that there is a high chance of creating something new.

    When uncontrolled urges arise give full attention to it. What most do is fight with the urges that strengthens even more.

    The total & complete attention dissolves the unnatural into itself. Full attention means you don't judge but witness the total scenario. Where there is complete attention and the intelligence do the trick.

    I've always thought so.
    This is very good advice. And I've come to the same conclusion regarding how to effectively face urges.

    Providing a wonderful concoction to beat insomnia, brain fog, irregular bowels, dyspepsia, acid reflux, aches, adrenal fatigue, &c. Also this concoction good for lungs, brain, abdomen and it's glands, blood circulation, nutrients absorption, eyes and overall well-being.

    Recipe,
    1/2 inch fresh ginger,
    1-2 teaspoon lemon juice,
    1 spoon honey or 1 spoon sugar,
    250 ml water.

    Mash ginger and move to container and add water, let it boil for 5 mins in low flame. Once the boiling done add lemon juice and sugar and mix it well. Don't add honey when the liquid is hot, if you want to use honey. Have this concoction 1hr before dinner or 30 mins before bed. From the first day you see the difference.

    Every individual is different, so adjust the quantities and also some allergic to honey, use sugar instead. Atleast use the concoction for a month. Continue as long as you want, not addiction forming.

    Also include Moringa powder or fresh leaves, Red Apple, Banana, Fish, Black Raisins into your diet.

    Mainly address the GUT to lessen the withdrawals.

    Thank you for sharing recipes. I've already done the cooked red apple& bannana combination you've posted earlier. Although it was very tasty I cant say ive seen any clear benefit :)

    Cooked Banana & Red Apple combo soothes digestive tract and provides good intestinal flora. It certainly adds value in assimilation & excretion process. Every individual is different, so check what suits you best. Also the above ginger & lemon recipe really do wonders. Almost a decade of semen retention, I gone through all sorts of pains not even mentioned in the forums. These recipes came to my rescue.

    My intention is simple as far as possible, will provide info to overcome frequent ejaculation & masturbation and to have good libido & sex life.

    To address anything in the system, first & foremost to address is assimilation & excretion.

    Definitely not for me!

    Bought fresh ginger yesterday with high hopes of getting dealt with brainfog. Took the combo at night and today woke up with a terrible brainfog and headache.

    So this recipe only makes mine worse. Maybe it works different in different bodies

    @becomingreat yes everyone is different. Ginger is a type of ingredient creates balance in gastric juice and promotes better absorption.

    Rule of thumb when trying new food is start with small amount and increase as it suits you to its optimum limit.

    After few days try small amount maybe 1/8 inch. It certainly do good for gut & brain.

    Do you have any stomach issues? Is your body on hotter side? Did you use ginger earlier? Did lemon suits you? Also let me know, did you mix honey or sugar?

    What is normal dose for one might be heavy for other.

    My guess is the dose seems bit higher to you.

    Anyways best guide is your body, let it direct.

    I was thinking about leaving it all aside but reading your reply im thinking about giving it another shot, this time in much smaller dose as you mentioned.

    I digest lemon very well. Im "ok" with honey, I experience little irritation with honey but I take it everyday for its therapeutic effects. Yes I put honey in it.

    No stomach issues but I can feel the weakning of "digestive fire" as you call it, when I engage in porn. So I dont digest well on relapse days but overall im good at digesting.

    My body is inherently dry&hot but ive weakend its fire, this is traditional doctor statement about me.

    I like to take hot foods. Cold food make me Uncomfortable.

    @becomingreat this time instead of honey use small amount of sugar. Seems like too much air in the body, for some honey aggravates air.

    After ejaculation when it is effecting digestion, don't take it lightly. You need to give body some break.

    See to that you don't relapse, find the higher purpose, this acts like a anchor and shields not to drift.

    Digestion issues after ejaculation is a sign of depletion of vital life force. Provide the needful break so the body can revitalize itself. Otherwise one might face serious consequences. I'm not scaring you but you must know the cost it incur.

    Last night I cut ginger to much smaller dose and put red sugar instead of honey. While I cant say it had clear effect on my headache /brain fog issue atleast I didnt feel that extreme headache like yesterday morning. Probably will stick to this recipe for a while.

    Ive gone too far in depleting life force, paid its price and still paying price.

    P & M is not a major issue at the moment for me. Whats concerning is its consequences that im still facing.

    Im ok with facing hard truths. Go ahead and say whatever you think, id be glad to read

    It is the mind that is punishing you for not listening to its command. The moment you realise what the mind is all about there & then you understand you aren't the mind.

    Fate(past) is part of the mind. As the mind loses its control on you, the fate goes along with it.

    Fate might shape circumstances but your attitude towards it matters most. Your attitude is your own. Your attitude shapes your life.

    Last night was the third night I took the ginger mix before bed. I rarely experience nightmares and last night I had one of the most frightnings. I think the trigger to it was that recipe.

    Overall I dont feel right about it. Im only getting rejection signals from my body. It may be benefitial for many, and I wish it could help with my brain fog too, but I think its just not suitable for my body's chemistry

    @becomingreat don't over do, listen to the body. Any new food takes time(1-7days) for the body to adapt. Certain foods trigger healing crisis in the process detox the body where all pent up mental, physical, emotional garbage thrown out. Detox for some is scary.

    Try this, turmeric with warm milk 30 mins before bed, good sleep and a wonderful brain tonic.

    Did you take ginger concoction before dinner or before bed?

    What I realised is, you have masked fears and still not ready to face it. Don't hurry, let the body decide the pace of healing.
