The No Screen Challenge

Merci I actually began the challenge a few days ago and wow, I hadn't slept this good in an eternity.

 

14/30 - no screen challenge
2/7 - no caffeine

This is quite strange but I don’t have any withdrawal symptoms from stopping drinking coffee.

Hard times right now, every day is a struggle.

Reset. In total I managed to go 40 days in a row, so I’m quite happy with that! Now we have vacation for about two weeks, will come to this challenge after that.

I forgot a little detail when I wrote that: My wife doesn’t have vacation, which means the alarm will still ring. So I will change my rules a bit instead of just having a break: if the alarm will ring the next day, I will stop using screen at 21:30. When my kids are back in school again, I will go back to old rules.

I miss having a good routine and I didn't really like my holiday-rules. Will therefore begin from the beginning. 21:30 as deadline every day with one exception: movies on Fridays and Saturdays are allowed until 22:30.
