6/30. I'm a bit worried I have to reset my counter again after I have reached 7/30. I am going to meet a friend and it will probably be late at his place. Will do what I can to not reset.
8/30! I managed to get through the night at my friend's place. His screen was lit but there was nothing to look at except a background image. From time to time I accidentally looked at it but I would say the total time I looked at it during the whole evening was under three seconds. I won't count that.
Quick question I was at a restaurant yesterday and there were TVs inside there but I barely looked at the screen as there was some football match going on. Should I reset or not?
No I wouldn’t say so. What I wanted to achieve with this challenge was basically to get better routine of my sleep. I didn’t want to set a time to go to bed, I wanted to attack the root cause of all evil: staying up in front of screens. Also, the longer you sit there the greater the chance you give in to other temptations... so regarding that football game, it doesn’t sound like you were at risk of getting hooked
