Hey folks. My name is Jay and I have been fapping for more than 30 years. I have always be hypersexual with everything except my wife. I am now beginning to understand why. I look forward to the peace and calmness that others have reported. I have tried several other times to stop PMO however I was okay for a time but always fell back to old ways.
