Just found this today and it's really the best I've seen! Doing these breathing exercises and following the advice would help. Haven't meditated in several months so this reminded me to get back on it. Relapsed yesterday and put filters on all browsers today.
Great post. Along with the breathing exercises Alex mentions something that goes to the core of all our issues - we are not the thoughts and feelings arising in our awareness. After years of conditioning it’ll take a long while to break this habit. Well, back to work!
