My new routine will include: - No PMO (duuh) - Only cold showers - Intermittent Fasting - Strength Training 5x week What supplements do you guys suggest to combat the effects that femdom has on my brain over the course of several months? I've been reading about dopamine receptor damage due to femdom. L-Tyrosine could possible help your dopamine receptors from all the P abuse. What do you guys think of L-Tyrosine? I currently have maca, ashwagandha ksm, multivitamin, creatine, vitamin d. What else do you guys suggest?

Amino acids that are connected to dopamine production. It'll certainly help. I also use NAC. Best way to heal your brain, is to avoid all artificial sexual stimuli. That is by far the fastest way. Wow it just seem to happen that i ordered a bottle of NAC yesterday. But i was not even aware of the other benefits it had regarding addiction. I thought it was specifically for the liver. Anyway i might check out Tyrosine and L-Phenylalanin. Do you have any recommendations on the dose? I might stop Maca root though since i think my urges are rather stronger and not helping me in abstaining. It's great for energy and ED though.
Just remember that there is no magic pill to heal you, ofc you can use supplements but don't forget about the big stuff, like sleep, diet, exercise, and your reboot system/plan, rules and boundaries ect.
I just stuck to the dose recommended. 500mg Tyrosine and 500mg L-Pheny. I don't take it everyday though. About 4 times a week.

Test boosters are a waste of money, those which really work contain illegal substances, rest is just a placebo.
Stay away from grains whole grains and soy. They are feminizing. And canned meats. A naturopathic doctor told me. Take magnesium chelate to suppress horny feeling.
Stop spreading lies about Soy... This guy is having tons of soy for years now, and his Test levels are up in the high range possible. He may be a niche YouTuber but many big names respect him when it comes to natural strength training. I would also link tons of studies, but being lazy I wouldn't bother with that.
Soy is a MINDSET I consume tofu occasionally, but soybean oil tastes like shit, prefer to cook with butter.
You are a cultured gent... lol It's a staple in my diet, bordering on almost every day at times. I don't use the oil though.
