Sugar is the devil. Sometimes when you think you're not consuming a lot of sugar you actually are. Diabetes runs in my family and I'm worried that I might go that same route if I don't reduce my sugar intake... I need to start drinking more water and add more veggies. Oh and quit porn lol
It’s not like porn. For me at least, it’s a purely physical thing. Just don’t buy any. Check the labels. Peanut butter and ketchup are major culprits. It’ll be a few weeks, you will crave it, but ride it out and you’ll be feeling a lot better. People talk about the metabolism part, but for me the neurological effect is more noticeable. Reducing that surge/slump cycle is amazing. It’s stupid hard to stick to on the road with kids, though.
