    I hope that I can carry forward my commitment to NoFap, trying for the second time now, failed miserabely first time around. Please share tips and help me keep motivated.

    Relapsed after 3 days and was disgusted and frustrated but somewhere I do have an urge to succeed and hence re-starting all over.
