Starting Over Again

I began my journey of PMO reboot and recovery 6th December but I relapse after 14th days. I continued again and unfortunately relapse after 6th days.

I have made up mind not to give up until I tell my success story of overcoming and total reboot.

As I emback on another journey of 90 days I will be committed to posting my daily discovery, struggles and progress on NoFap.

I pledge to be fully committed to my recovery and rebooting.

 

Day One Ended

It was really a tough day for me, the following are my experiences on the first day;

Depressed
Temperature
Headache
Fear
Guilt
Physically weak
Eye pain
