Its been almost 2 months since i started nofap, there has been 4 M without P relapses. i actually started nofap because i had pied, I don't know if its cured yet. One prominent change which I've felt in myself in past few weeks is gaint confidence and reduced social anxiety. i absolutely dont know how it works, I don't understand how quitting P and M can reduce social anxiety but it did. i felt it myself and even others like friends and cousins pointed out that i have started speaking more and i am less shy now. it hasn't entirely cured yet because i do feel nervous in few social situations but it has got better, this has motivated me to continue my journey and I've decided i am not gonna relapse again for months
