What I'm saying is what worked for me always.
    1. - Engage in something like studying, reading or whatever you wanna achieve.
    2. When (1) gets boring, *please* get out of your and walk outside. Talk to yourself
    3. Go back to (1) when (2) is done
    4. Whenever you feel like frustrated/burn out of doing (1), immediately get out of it. The more you stay, the more lazy it becomes, and eventually bad thoughts.
    5. If you're spiritual, (4) is also mentioned in Bible which is about meaningless/lazy thinkings. Sitting long for no good.
    6. I relapsed whenever I failed to do (4). Control over lazy mind helps.
    7. What helped me the most and even now is walking alone at night with my torch and nothing else. (No smart [phone/watch] or such bs). Just talking to yourself.
    8. Do what you gotta do, everything else will become easier to handle. Mind will become more distracted if you have skipped something which is more important and do something else.
