I find that physical activity like running gym, swimming, cycling, dance etc really helps a lot in our overall make up as a person and also helps to overcome our PMO. I was pondering that should we not make a use of this platform this will be a win win situation. Please share your opinion.. .
There are a lot of threads like that in "self improvement" and "challenges" forums. I hope that helps
Good Idea. But I think there needs to be new forums to make it work. Like a forum only dedicated to sports, with sub-catagories (swimming, running, lifting,...). I would love that!

Psyhsical activity has an important role in everything mate. It's an essential part of our lives and so far the best thing found to fight depression. I recommend it to everyone, no matter their situation. As mammals, we have to use our bodies, no matter what modern society may say.
