Separating re-lapses in 7 categories

PMO: When you use P, do M and reach O in the same lapse. The wrost one, don't do it in any circuntance

PM: When you use P, do M but stop at it with regret. Less bad than PMO, but you still used P and edged

PO: When you use P and have an O without touching yourself (it's very rare but can occour). It still bad because you used P and wasted your semen with an unnecessary O

MO: When you do M and reach O, but without use of P. Sad i'm addicted to this and I think a lot of people in NoFap are addicted to MO. It's good that you aren't using P anymore, but still doing M and having O almost daily is so bothering

P: When you view P, but don't do M and have O. Very rare, since P is a temptation to M and O. Don't do it, viewing P is root of all other adctions.

M: Literally Edging but without P. Will, if you not disciplined, lead you to O.

O: When you have O without P stimuli or M, very rare and probally only occours in wetdreams

The goal: No PMO - When you don't use P, don't M and don't have unnecessary O (responsible sex and wet dreams don't count)

 

Using these separations i'm:

PMO: 19 days without a full PMO "session": very happy with that and I think this is the first that I can reach 90 days, because the blocker is helping me so much

PM: 22 days since my last PM

PO: The last time I did that I think it was like 4 years ago

MO: Sad I'm only 1 day without MO, this is my worst addiction at the moment

P: 45 days Ago was the last time I was viewing P but I had the discpline to not do M and O

M: I don't remember the last time I did only M, since 99% the time I try this I end having O too. Probally 3 months since the last time I did that

O: Last time probally last week (wet dream)

My best streak without PMO since I started counting (2018) was in 2019, 158 days.
