I'm looking to improve the quality of my life by abstaining from PMO. I firmly believe that doing this will help me to respect myself and others more, and additionally enhance my spirituality. I really like the "NoFap" community. I've worked with groups before but it's been really hard for me to connect with them and feel like I am a part of the gang. I don't think I'll have that problem here as I tend to get a long really well with the Reddit type of people.
