I originally started NoFap to break a porn addiction when I started dating seriously in college and started my first sexual relationship. It worked and now we are married. I’ve been on a path of self development and stoicism. Losing weight exercise philosophy etc… and I’ve realized my mentality is the same. And since getting my low testosterone fixed old fetishes and urges are resurfacing. I’ve decided to do a partial semen retention. That is to say I will no longer be masturbating even if it’s just because she’s not in the mood. I will try to only orgasm through sex with my wife and to spend that time during focused on her and our personal intimacy rather than anything kinky or what gets me off the “best”. Thoughts and opinions are welcome I’m really just looking for feedback and if anyone has done anything similar while married to maintain a healthy sex life with their partner.

Welcome back, @WeirdBeard ! I am glad to read about your journey, on this site. I was also diagnosed with low T last year but, at 65 y.o.! In hindsight, I wonder how much that factored into my DE (delayed ejaculation) along with other factors that I know influenced it. This DE caused a lot of distress and pain in my marriage and resulted in other sexual disfunction as a couple. I am very encouraged for you that you are addressing any concerns that you have at this young age and early in your married life. Good for you!
