Just joined recently, unsure of what to say. I'm a deplorable 26-year-old huwhite male tired of being a skin-fat soy-boy beta-male. Granted, I've seen guys far worse-off than myself, but when I look in the mirror I think, "I could've been Chad." (Chad = The good-looking athletic alpha male you knew in High School that got laid regularly.) And it burns me up inside, thinking of all the time I've wasted watching porn, all my genetic endowments and potential squandered - literally flushed down the toilet - by lust and sloth and bad habits. And now that I'm finally reached a physical fitness level where I'm comfortable enough to ask girls out, any time I make it to bed with one, the demons of porn come back to haunt me. I've been able to get it up and inside, but the amount of fore-play need to stimulate me is excessive - had I been watching porn, just a couple of tabs and a couple of different girls would've done the trick... So no more. I did NoNutNovember for two weeks before I finally got laid again, but being ignorant of the "chaser" effect, I was super horny for the next few days and went on a porn binge for hours. Two days later, I'm with my girl, and the effects were noticeable. I couldn't get hard enough to get inside her. I was pushing rope. After that, I explained to her what I thought the problem was - too much porn consumption - and finally joined NoFap to make it official (though I doubt she's aware of this site.) So that's my intro. I refused to be embarrassed like that again. I'm tired of being tired. I want to look better and turn heads. I need to be confident. I desire the libido of a young stud, not a 70 year old man. I hate porn for what it's done to me, millions of young men, and those poor girls involved with it. Sorry for the rant.
