Hi guys, I am August, a 18 y/o male who has been drugged up by porn and masturbation since the age of 12. I came to know about nofap after watching some Youtube videos and I am glad that I now, know about this community. Although I am into self improvement since the last year, I am too inconsistent with it, my self development journey has always been a sine wave, ups and downs constantly, with a never changing amplitude. keeping porn and masturbation aside, I also suffer from depression and SAD (Seasonal Affected Disorder) and also Bipolar Disorder. Besides these, I have lost a few weight, built up some muscles and all, trying to develop my personality, studying hard to get into a good college. I have some big dreams and aspirations, I know I have to do something for me and my family, but masturbation won't led me anywhere, I know that. The most depressing thing for me is that, I have already fapped two times since the new year. I failed. Whatever, I am restarting again, hoping I could win this time, with all my brothers who are struggling with the same struggle as mine. Wish me luck.
