1.) HABIT OF WAKING UP EARLY 5:00am is the time to wake up or before sunrise , sleeping time 10:30pm. By doing this you can manage your time efficiently throughout the day. you will also have the time for strategic preparation for whole day. 2.) PRAYER prayer enhances the motivation toward goal . it doesn’t mean ,you should only pray to god. you could also pray for your family and goal. 3.) EXERCISE exercise for 15 minutes daily (calisthenics). i am not saying that you should do heavy gym. But you should do simple streching or exercise or jogging in the morning. Then , morning walk nearby tree hub.(because it improves your health disorders related to lack of oxygen). 4.) MEDITATION meditation for 20 to 30 minutes ( daily). If you do meditation daily ,it improves your focus . Improves your brain health. reduces depression and anxiety. you can do tough things very easily. 5.) QUIT SOCIAL MEDIA seriously if you want to achieve something great, then quit social media. facebook ,twitter,etc These sites are designed in a manner , so that it can attract the people. These social media sites are nothing but creates depression among our generation and hamper the path between us and goal. 6.) STUDY MANAGEMENT minimum 4 hours for study ( daily). related to your field . if you are unable to make it 4 hours then reduce it to 2 hours. if you are unable to do it for 2 hours then do it for 1 hour but not less than 1 hour. daily means continuosly , you should do that. if you don’t want to regret at the age of 40. and defenitly you will get best result. 7.) NEVER ABUSE never abuse anyone for anything .learn this process up to greater extent. this practice will create a new person in you. 8.) ADVICE Always take advice but don't argue with them . But do whatever is correct . 9.) RESPECT if you give respect , you will earn respect. respect parents. respect elders. respect your juniors ,seniors and everyone . 10.) LISTENING While you are listening a person ,never judge them on behalf of status Listen whatever they say. If they are saying something ,kindly listen them . Who knows ,that it could be helpful information. If it is not useful information , listen from first ear and neglect from another ear . 11.) DON'T SMOKE AND DRINK ( Alcohol ). What ever the situation is never smoke and drink . It reduces your efficiency . lead you to the major causes related to the health . 12.) Learn to manage money. It helps to manage money and funds for important stuffs rather than wasting on anything. 13.)Last but not the least . THE REASON WE ARE HERE! NO FUCKING PORN! NO FUCKING MASTURBATION! yes! just started this time table yesterday...man i feel fresh! yes just an half hour would be great ,it doesn't matter if u didn't take that.
No, no, it's not that. All highly successful people rise around 5am that's not a coincidence man. I'd love to but my body isn't ready for that. I think I'd have to be asleep by 9pm to do that right now. If I fall asleep by 10p my body can get generally get the recovery it needs by around 6a.
just do it .don't think of second thought. just do.give a try and make sure u do some jumping jacks , butt kicks, push-ups , dips ,stretching , walking !
