Hey community, I'm trying to give up pmo for lent any advice would help. The reason I started nofap was because I've realised how much time pmo wastes, My marks have gone down, I'm more tired, i have become increasingly akward in public situations etc... I thought during lent would be the perfect time to try something like this and I'm looking forward to the challenge. It's not like I have anything to lose. Good luck to my fellow fapstronauts, that term sounds so weird.
