The main resolution for me is to quit pmo. If I can do that I will be happy. Another one is to eat less and less junk foods and sweets.
Here's mine: 1) stop looking at porn. 2) limit my social media activity to 8 weeks per year (2 weeks in the spring, 2 weeks in the summer, 2 weeks in the autumn and 2 weeks in the winter). 3) don't replace my social media usage by coming here more often, replace it with reading books and writing my novels. 4) go for a boring walk every Wednesday (where I don't put in earbuds and listen to podcast, it's just me walking). 5) publish on Substack 4 times a year in every season. 6) start applying for new jobs. 7) lose weight. 7) go to bed at 9:45. 8) if I get a new job go out and form new social groups.
