According to the site, an accountability partner would be someone you talk to at an agreed time. Basically, someone you hit up at a given time and let them know whether or not you PMO'd, edged or whatever else. I guess it helps because you have to be accountable to somebody if you do PMO. Sorry man, but I won't be able to rigorously contact someone everyday at a given time.
