Hello and let me introduce myself to the community. I am 72 yo and have been a porn addict for more than 50 years and have been married for more than 50 years. My wife and I have an adult daughter and an adult grandson who we love dearly. We are both retired and she is a recovering alcoholic. The porn has always been the third partner in our marriage with mostly negative affects. I have sought recovery from my addiction with counseling from a sex addiction specialist and men's group with no real lasting success. My wife has been sober for a year now and needs to be done with my porn addiction as it could end our marriage. I too am ready to be sober and finally get over my addiction. I don't want to go to my grave still addicted to porn. I have downloaded the Ever Accountable software on all my devices and I have been sober now for two weeks! I feel more determined than ever but I know there will be rough waters ahead. I am looking forward to get more support from this group.
