I’m 39 years old. Probably a little too old to be an accountability partner for you. Life is tough isn’t it. There are lots of battles and we face them daily. Being an addict adds a tremendous amount of pain and suffering. We self sabotage - because we’re selfish. We long to be loved, yet are unable to love unconditionally. Breaking the nofap cycle is a must if we’re to succeed in life. You’re young enough to turn it all around. Take your life seriously and with it this journey of self discovery. Meditate, go to the gym, eat well, drink plenty of water, abstain from alcohol and drugs, read books instead of wasting time online. Take up a hobby such as a drawing class, chess club, dancing, learn a musical instrument. Purchase a calendar, and some coloured stickers to mark the days you abstain from P and M, mark the days you meditate. Tracking your progress. Again take this seriously, more so than anything you’ve done prior in your life. You can do this young man, it all lies in your hands. And worry not about never having a girlfriend, at least you’ve never had a child whilst you’re still so young. Take the necessary steps to improve your life and you’ll gain much more than you’ve ever anticipated.
