Hi...I am 26 year old boy ..I want to share my story ...Iam fapping since Iam 13 years old...which means my fapping habit has a history of about 13 years...From past two years Iam facing severe anxiety,depression,high heart rate,mood swings,excessive fatigue,no motivation ,frustrated and much more ..When I researched about about what's happening then I came to know that it directly related to porn and fapping..My days and nights are miserable so Iam starting my Nofap 90 days journey..pls pray for me
Go for it @Suhail22! I'm 26 too and have seen improvements in my daily life since starting NoFap. There will be high and low points so it might be a good idea to start a journal on the 25-30 section of this website and people can support you throughout. Good luck!
Suhail, this is my first day here so I don't know much about it, but my advice is not to think too much about how many days till you see improvement. Your expectations will be high, and you'll be focused on the impending improvements rather than the 90 days. Again I could be wrong, maybe theres a reason to focus on the improvements but I can't think of one, just let the improvements surprise you, I think the surprise releases the dopamine effect and causes us to seek more surprise, but theres no surprise when you are looking for it too hard. Years of porn addiction and anxiety/depression isn't going to melt away that quickiy though. Quitting porn and masturbation is a STEP that will help you take control over your mind and body connection. There's lots of work to do (but you should consider self-control and self-improvement to be a lifelong goal)
@sayonaraPMO ..My highest streak was 29 days...I did not see any improvement till the last day...I was having the anxiety and fatigue issue continuously for the whole duration...I think I should do more days to witness some surprises..
I will be writing daily journal for 90 days about the experiences i witness during 90 days Nofap hard mode challenge..As Iam on day 4 ,today i will be sharing 4 day report.. Day 1- sever anxiety ,Fatigue at its peak and shallow breathing.Heavy head pressure. Day 2 - sever anxiety ,Fatigue at its peak and shallow breathing.Heavy head pressure and dizziness.High heart rate... Day 3 - severe anxiety,fatigue at its peak like not able to walk or stand for long duration without any support..shallow breathing,head pressure and dizziness.Anger at its peak..Frustration.High heart rate.. Day 4 - Anxiety is reduced as i started meditation..Fatigue at its peak...Breathing is improved...Head pressure and dizziness..High heart rate.Indigestion
Day 5- Extreme social anxiety and also GAD..Dizziness and fatigue...High heart rate...Indigestion continued..Strong urges..Mind is rationalising various thoughts to fap...
Nofap Day 6 These are the experiences iam presently facing 1.Anxiety is severe... 2.Fatigue is extreme.. 3..Dizziness and heavy head pressure.. 4.No motivation..Lazy.. 5.Hit by panic attack for 5 mins in the mall when I went for shopping.. 6.Hit by social anxiety while talking to my friend However I have started meditation for about 15 mins daily in the morning which is keeping me little relax.
Nofap Day 7 1.Severe depression and anxiety during morning 2.Extreme Fatigue through out the day 3.some urges while seeing an female... 4.Head pressure and Dizziness 5.Lazy with no motivation
