After starting my NoFap journal (25 day counter), I've decided to start my fitness journal. It isn't an issue of dedication to exercise, but rather to diet. From now on, I'm maintaining strict rules regarding fitness. I'm trying to gain weight, try to reach 70-73 kgs. The following are the rules. Weight training: 3/4 times a week Diet: No added sugar. No processed food/ drink. (Only 2 exceptions for social purposes, which I'll strictly stick to). Additional rules, sleep at 10 pm. Will mainly be a day counter, but will also share my routine as I go.
Day 0. Hard day as I have to attend a party. But cant put this off anymore. Fingers crossed of getting through.
Currently day 4 of Fitness journey. However I am expanding this thread to self improvement. There were only 2 forums under self improvement, so had no other space. So, from today, two counters 1. Fitness day 4. 2. Hansei day 0. Hansei involved reading and implementing self improvement books. I will expand on it as i go on.
The last few weeks had put obligations like travel, work which prevented me from focusing on more than my reboot. But now it's all over and now I'm free. From the high of my successful reboots, I'm starting two new programmes. Fitness and Self improvement. My first post counts, with an amendment of 4 days in a week. Thank you.
Down with fever. Frustrating but I'll be resting for the next couple of days. Will start gymming once I get better.
Day 1. Worked out. Couldn't keep the sugar free promise though. I lost a lot of weight during the last few days, and I wanted to gain (I'm working out to bulk up), so I'm rn not avoiding sugar. I'll continue to do so atleast for the next few days, after that I'll quit, once I start seeing gains in my weight. Today was back and biceps day.
Day 4. Did yoga in the morning and then back and biceps in the evening. Weight 63.7kg Target 70 kg (+6.3kg)
Day 5. Worked out my legs and shoulders today. Weight 64.1kg Target 70kg (+5.9kg) I'll reach there no matter what.
Day 11. Shoulders and legs. Weight 63kg Target 70kg (+7kg) Missed breakfast today and lost a whole kilo. Damn it!!!
Diet changes from today 1 scoop of whey everyday, and not just those days on which I gym 1 spoonful of peanut butter Cashew and Almonds daily 1 glass milk
