This is a question about withdrawal symptoms, I guess. I'm a tense guy at the best of times. Doctors struggle to get a reflex out of me when I'm getting a checkup. However, this problem seems to go into overdrive the first few days of a reboot. The tendons in my arms ache, the trapezius muscles in my neck get tight and sore. Even my asscheeks ache the first few days. I never take painkillers, but I'm finding myself taking them like they're going out of style. Could this be a sign of some underlying neurological problem? Or have other fapstronauts had similar problems with muscular tension during reboots?
Yep, pretty much withdrawal symptoms, i had muscle tension in my neck, shoulders and arms aswell, it goes comes for me depending on how severe the withdrawals im having.
Yes I can relate. Ever since I relapsed I experienced this as well my arms my neck, my shoulders and lower back. Guys we are doing major harm to or bodies. What I have learned is that the longer you stay away the better your body feels stay away from M and P we are over working or muscles and it's causing it to be tight. Do some stretching and work out it's worked for me and I believe it can work for you as well
