    G'day fellow brothers.

    Background:
    Close to 30M, 10+y of extra ordinary stimuli.

    Categories:
    Exposure to the worst most addictive categories is not good to your receptors.
    One can recover from all the categories, No matter the amount of time you spent with them.Well that doesn't mean that you should fire your brain. It is plastic, and with some time, it will recover.
    Common in all categories that they are causing harm, that is why they are not even worth to be mentioned here.

    Chronological order:
    Year 2020: Discovered the site, and attempted to go cold turkey.
    It wasn't the right approach, and struggled a lot on and off.
    Escalation and de-sensitivity
    Worsened symptoms
    Increased courage to change
    How to change? Read books.
    Why you want change? If you have no clear definition you will continue moping.
    I call PMOP: PMO Puke, puke that is the feeling after.
    What you do?: PMOP, and you Moping about it.
    What causes you to MOPuke? P.
    Made it clear to me, it was a shift entirely!
    Hard Mode Started (ez mode based on the book by hack authors)

    Symptoms:
    • Loss of courage,
    • Disinterest towards small things.
    • No interest in intimate encounters / potential mates.
    • Self esteem and confidence were rock bottom.
    • Weakness, all areas.

    Technique:
    0. Have a Plan (for worst case)
    1. Read here, success stories of others. (30-100 days)
    2. Books to read: - Enlightening!
    3. Be active, lift, move, exercise
    4. Meditate
    5. Go out, talk to people
    6. Limit social media (of your choice)
    7. Have a positive frame of mind.
    8. Set it as a lifestyle
    Extra:
    9. Record your voice
    10. No counting is needed on the long term.

    Healing:
    • Confidence
    • Communication
    • strong MW
    • Interest in things outside and people
    • longer tool
    • feeling of wholeness
    • libido
    • screening potential mates
    • eye contact
    • healthy mindset towards life
    Expected improvements in the future:
    • sleep
    Thoughts:
    I do have them, sometimes, but you learn not to act on them.
    At the beginning you might touch yourself.
    It is fine, just remind your self what is your ultimate goal.
    It happened to me as well.
    By practice you'll become better.
