Day 1 of Journey. Quitting pmo and trying to get better sleep. Quit using phone at night before sleep. Improve over all quality of life.
Going good so far. Found myself scrolling through Instagram, which could have triggered my relapse. Glad I decided to post here instead. Only bad thing about today is that I head burger for my dinner. Indian style roti and sabzi would have been so much better. Need to focus on my health.
