    I think I have been getting better at this, I used to use PMO at anytime throughout the day but now the only chance I get to do it is whenever I’m about to go to sleep or when I wake up

    those 2 moments are the moments when I most feel ummm “invaded” by sexual thoughts and I’m most likely to relapse

    mostly when I wake up

    what Can i do?

    When I said the only chance i get to do it, what i wanted to say was those are the times when I are most likely to do it

    The first thing I would do is to not use my phone or computer, or at least don't watch anything that could or would trigger my thoughts to PMO. Social medias is a huge mistake to be on because things that people post there can be very triggering for a person that struggles with a porn and masturbation addiction.

    If you having a hard time to sleep, instead of using your phone or computer, listen to some music, read a book or listen to a audio book as long as neither of them includes erotic content. If you not in to none of these suggestions and the phone or computer is your only options, I would suggest getting a "blocker" to make it very hard for you to witness any porngraphic or close to porngraphic stuff.
