I got my T level tested and it was at the bottom of the normal range for men of my age. The doctor says it's fine because it's "technically within" normal range. But I feel something is off.
I strongly believe that PMO lowers Testosterone, whenever I'm in a good streak i feel the signs of a high testosterone individual, and it lowers when i mess up and relapse
