Hey there, new to the forum, but not to nofap. Been trying off and on to kick the habit for a few years, but I just seem to get worse over time instead of better. Trying to kick off a new streak and try a different approach by having an accountability partner. Short term goal is 3 weeks of nofap. Me: I'm a 26 year old white male in the midwest USA.
