Brazil Nuts - Loaded with Selenium and Zinc. Eat two per day about every 12 hours. Brussel Sprouts - Combats aromatase enzymes by converting estrogen into testosterone. Pomegranate - elevating the activity of antioxidants in the body. Nourishes blood and also supplies your Johnson with blood flow. Avocado - a powerhouse of monosaturated fats and zinc content. Kombucha - excellent for guy health and digestion. Green Tea - helps aid blood flow and weight loss. Sunflower seeds - vitamin B12 and B6. Excellent snack to boost testosterone. Proteins - pea protein powders, chicken, salmon, beef. ***Turkey**
Some foods that increase estrogen and androgen (compounds that keep you weak during a recover) Diet soda/soda Beer - hops in beer are the female part of the hops plants. Hops contain estrogen, which converts in your body. Man boobs and a beer belly are the result of you guessed it, estrogen. Shrimp - Shrimp contains estrogren. Avoid shrimp. Processed foods - anything in a package (fritos, doritos, mountian dew, cheez-its, cookies, etc)
it works the other way around - estrogen is downstream from estradiol which is aromatized from testosterone
