i noticed that relapsing is like a roller coaster, if you push the car (your thoughts) into the drop (porn) the further you push it the easier it gets for the car to fall down i noticed patterns everytime i relapse im on my bed just doing nothing, the messed u part is that i have things to do but nahh i choose to procrastinate over my goals and being a loser man wtf its a f brainwash i swear, once i finish i come back to myself and damn the disgust is strong i got this
You do got this bro! Life is a roller coaster that’s part of life’s beauty. But pick your lifestyle and live that!
It is not easy, nor a linear process. This path consists of lots of ups and downs. But once you get the hang of it, you will not relapse at all.
I look at fighting this addiction like I look at living the Christian life: it's like climbing a very steep ice mountain. If you're careful and look for any and all tools to help you climb (and obviously you ha e to be willing to put in all the hard and uncomfortable work necessary) you should be okay. If you cut corners, you start to lose traction and fall. If you don't use all of the tools recommended by those who've been climbing longer, your chances of continued success greatly decrease. And if you slip, the only way to stop falling, is to get back to hard work again and start climbing again. We all slip from time to time, but it's been proven to be true that those who work a 12 step program and use a lot of personal accountability are MUCH more likely to have continued success in fighting this addiction.
it is called a challenge, so not easy at all, I have never completed a reboot, going in full steam now, with outside support from partner and therapy. We can do this group!
