You're definitely going to see improvement in athletics and performance. The key is abstaining hard mode, and abstaining for a long time. Make nofap a lifestyle and stick with it. It will greatly improve your life and your interests. Good luck!
Perfect question for me ... Look kid when I was 13 I used to do boxing also ... I did it for 3-4 years ....but this addiction sooner or later will Destroy your passion as it did to me ...as it did to me . Don't masterbate and don't watch porn there is a reason this website has so many members. Follow you passion and don't relapse again .
It's horrible for sports. But a lot of people haven't realized it or don't want others to know about it being bad. Not talking to you particularly.
Well, I didn't pick up boxing but I know for sure from my experience from taekwondo, it kills your passion and discipline just like @Learner09 said. So, it is definitely harmful for us fapstronauts.
I really dont think there is a connection between the two and ive personally never noticed a reduction in my passion or discipline. Im not saying its like good for sports either but i just dont see the connection myself
You're 13, my friend. I'm envious that you're even asking these questions at such a young age and being thoughtful. Your brain is still developing. You should do everything you can to steer clear of porn just for that reason. But yes, it will help keep your boxing skills in tip-top shape, because over time, porn use can and will impair your "killer instinct." If you're fully addicted, you'll still be able to spar, etc--but you'll have a brain fog the entire time. I'm a brown belt in Krav Maga, and while my sparring is pretty decent, I know I would be substantially better with a healed, sharp brain.
It is bad for everything. Just stay away from it and Keep that in mind. You're a smart man, I wish I could also be on NoFap when I was your age.
Hey bubble! I think he's a young boy. Let's not confuse him and give me hope for pmoing and destroying his life. It is bad for everything. It is bad for boxing, sleeping, eating, walking, talking, listening, thinking, training, or whatever is that. It still is bad. Keep yourself away from it little brother. I wish I was concerned about myself just like this boy when I was his age. A true inspiration
Hey @dogerima omm to answer your question. Yes like the greatest fighters Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson who did nofap for years during their active careers nofap 1000000% helps you dominate at boxing. Don’t take my word or anyone’s else’s for it. Look at those two greatest of all time boxers. They did it. They’re the shining examples of nofap prowess and power. Please don’t get down if you slip here or there. Just keep sticking with the process and trying your best everyday to not touch the organ. Eventually you’ll have a lifelong streak that feels natural my friend
Sexual abstention has long been correlated with athletes and combat, since ancient times and well into the modern age. Some men swear by it, others call it rubbish. Science has yet to give a definitive answer either, despite the study. Many, like the voices here, say sex & especially PMO harm your motivation to compete and excel in your pursuits, especially in combat sports and things like it. This makes perfect sense, as testosterone levels are proven to fluctuate with O. If you refrain from PMO, your T levels will maintain a baseline that isn’t necessarily higher than average. However, they will be consistent, and I can tell you from personal experience with BJJ, consistency is key to improving your work. Since you’re 13, going through puberty, you don’t want anything messing with your T levels if you can help it. Others insist S/PMO directly impacts performance. Since O can mess with a lot of hormones, I’d say it’s possible. You’re also female. Our bodies are different. I don’t say this to invalidate your experience. Your experience with PMO and addiction is every bit as devastating to you and other female addicts as it is to males, but the mechanisms and consequences are likely to be different because of the bodies we inhabit.
