Hello guys, Could you suggest me ideas for healthy habbits or hobbits to do while on NoFap? I'm thinking reading and gym, but surely there can be more than that. I'm curious what you guys do to possibly also get inspired. I'm looking for healthy activities that score in as many of the following categories: -social -creative -outdoors -helping others -sports
Well, the monks diet is physical and intellectual excercise. The only thing one could add is dialogue and monetary gain. Honestly I don't know what to say some people swim, play soccer, cook, plant or rollerblade.
