My friends just show a clip of pretty girl... I knew it gonna something sexual... But it hard to like ignore, they'll doubt me gay etc...
And yea my expectation is corrected girl starting to grab her own boob together then shaking her boob... I looked for about 1 second then turned away... And laugh it off... Was it count as relapse?

  2. You should wonder if you want to be with such "friends".
You better tell them the truth why you don't want to see these things.
If you want to recover you need to learn to protect yourself, no matter the results.

Yea i just look away like 1 second... Since it's a tough situation imagine if you were in my shoes... Does that count as relapse?

  6. I would say:
Set a boundary to your friend.
So that is won't happen again.

Then enjoy the rest of your day.

  7. I had a friend who did this but he stopped when I asked. I wouldn't count it as a relapse. Please work on your anxiety, it seems to be contributing heavily to your problems.

Yah, cut off that friend. I stopped being sociable for a lot of people because I'm focusing on myself right now. Make the sacrifice to cut of your friends because you won't miss them

  9. Well, a less drastic way to deal with toxic people, is to learn to set boundaries.
If they then keep on crossing the lines, they will remove themselves in the end.
But for setting boundaries we need a healthy group of people we feel safe with.
And that's then the real problem. We don't have group we feel safe with, so everybody else is good enough to be our companions, because we actually are afraid to be left alone (with our pain and fears)....
