As to the OP's question, I have read that through meditation it's possible to achieve a sort of detachment between the mind and the body, but that usually takes years of training and not all people can do it.

You ever overcome porn for 250+ days and then got back to the same shit? Once it occurs it in your life you will realise how hard it's to break the porn addiction . I saw many people who completed 360+ days but at one point they gone to their addiction. Pornography is a strongest addiction due to the release of dolphamine and only way you can break it is by getting high control of your body . So I am searching for new methods new techinques and strategies
